A few things to know.
Do I use my own phone?
Yes, you will dial the numbers on your own phone. You can use a tablet, laptop, or PC to open the phonebank, read the script, and enter answers while you talk. You can also open the phonebank in your smartphone browser and work entirely from your phone.
When can I make calls?
The phonebanks are available from 9 AM to 7 PM Central Time every day, through 7 PM on November 3, 2026.
How do I sign in?
Open a county phonebank above, then create your ActionID account or sign in. The training video walks through the process.
What if a number is wrong or not in service?
Some contact information may be out of date. The campaign’s kit asks you to mark the call as “wrong number” or “not in service” and move on to the next number.
Should I leave a message?
No. The campaign’s kit asks you to record the call as “Not Home” if you cannot reach the person, then move on to the next call.
